Hi, I’m Moriah!
Movement has always been a big part of my life. Growing up, gymnastics was my first love and where my fascination with how the body moves began.
During lockdown, I started practising mat Pilates at home as a way to keep moving when gyms were closed. Not long after, I discovered reformer Pilates whilst looking for a way to reduce the intensity of my training, improve my posture, and support areas of my body that I felt weren't being served by traditional gym training alone. What I found was far more than I expected.
The more I immersed myself in Pilates, the more passionate I became about the method. What started as a way to move differently soon became something I wanted to share with others. After spending over a year considering instructor training, I eventually chose to certify with BASI Pilates, whose approach to movement and education aligned closely with the way I wanted to teach.
While my classes have a contemporary feel, they're grounded in the foundations that make Pilates so effective. I have a real appreciation for the classical repertoire so there’s no doubt you’ll find it quietly woven throughout class.

Hi, I’m Shauni!
With a background in gymnastics and cheerleading, I've always had a passion for movement and fitness. During the pandemic, I discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with the practice. The positive impact it had on both my physical and mental wellbeing inspired me to begin my instructor training with the London Pilates Academy in 2022.
I initially taught mat Pilates alongside my corporate career before qualifying in Reformer Pilates in 2024 and making the move to teaching full-time.
Today, I have four years of teaching experience and am continuing my professional development by retraining in Classical Pilates with Body Control Pilates. I am currently expanding my expertise to include the Chair, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel apparatus.
My clients often know me as the “Smiley Assassin”combining challenging, effective workouts with a calm, supportive, and encouraging approach. I pride myself on creating a welcoming environment where every individual feels comfortable, while focusing on precision, progression, and tailoring exercises to each person’s unique needs.
Outside of the studio, I’m also a keen seamstress and enjoy carrying out dress alterations, particularly for bridesmaids preparing for special occasions.

Hi, I'm Laura!
For years, I searched for a form of exercise that truly suited me. When I found Pilates, I was hooked. I loved how it built strength, improved mobility, and enhanced everyday movement.
That passion led me to become a Level 3 qualified Pilates teacher. As a Registered Nurse, I combine my understanding of the body with a supportive, evidence-based approach to teaching.
I focus on helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and develop confidence in their bodies through safe, effective movement.
Expect clear guidance, attention to detail, and plenty of encouragement, so you leave each session feeling stronger, more balanced, and moving better in everyday life.
MAYA

Hi, I’m Maya!
I’m a qualified Mat Pilates and Barre instructor with a background in professional dance. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve always loved the way it can build confidence, strength, and empower people both physically and mentally.
After working as a professional dancer in Paris, I discovered Pilates and instantly fell in love with the practice. I was amazed by how strong, balanced, and connected it made me feel, and I knew I wanted to share that experience with others. I went on to qualify in Level 3 Mat Pilates with Future Fit and haven’t looked back since!
My classes are energetic, upbeat, and challenging in all the right ways. Expect plenty of positive vibes, encouragement, and an uplifting class that leaves you feeling stronger and more confident. I bring my fun-loving personality to every session and aim to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, supported, and motivated.

Hi, I'm Lizzie!
I'm a Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Barre instructor, and I first discovered Pilates while training and performing as a dancer. What began as a way to support my technique quickly became a passion, and I loved how it combined strength, control, and mindful movement.
I trained with STOTT Pilates, JPilates, and Total Barre to obtain my teaching qualifications and have spent the last eight years teaching in studios across London and Dorset. Throughout that time, I've worked with clients of all ages and abilities and firmly believe that movement is for everybody.
My classes combine classical and contemporary Pilates, designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and help you move with greater ease and confidence. Expect thoughtful programming, attention to technique, and a welcoming environment where you'll feel challenged and supported throughout.

Hi, I’m Luella!
I'm a big advocate for building strong, capable bodies and creating healthy habits that support you both inside and outside the studio. For me, movement is about so much more than exercise; it's about feeling confident in what your body can do and finding a way of moving that you genuinely enjoy.
Growing up, I spent years dancing and doing gymnastics, which sparked my love for movement from an early age. During lockdown, I decided to turn that passion into a career and trained as a Mat Pilates and Barre instructor. Alongside Pilates, I also have a real love for strength training, which continues to influence the way I move and the way I teach today.
Before joining BOHDI, I ran beach Pilates classes and loved the community that grew from them. Watching people come together through movement, build confidence, and create lasting habits was incredibly rewarding, and it's something I hope to bring into every class.

Hi, I'm Shauna!
As a Barre and Mat Pilates instructor with a professional background in dance and fitness, I bring energy, precision, and passion to every class. My sessions are designed to challenge and strengthen the body while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.
I believe clients should leave class feeling accomplished, energised, and like they've truly worked hard. Drawing on my dance training and fitness experience, I focus on technique, control, and effective movement patterns to help clients build strength, improve posture, and increase confidence.
Expect motivating classes, attention to detail, and a welcoming environment where everyone feels encouraged to push themselves and enjoy the process.

Hi, I’m Milly!
Movement has been a part of my life from a young age, having grown up competing in gymnastics. It was through gymnastics that I developed an appreciation for strength, control, body awareness, and the importance of quality movement.
My passion for movement eventually led me to qualify in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. I love how Pilates challenges the body while remaining adaptable to the individual, making it suitable for a wide range of abilities and experience levels.
My classes have a contemporary feel, with a focus on strength, control, and mindful movement. Expect dynamic sessions with options to progress or modify exercises, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for you while continuing to challenge yourself.
I aim to create a supportive environment where clients can build confidence in their movement, develop strength, and enjoy the process along the way.
