  • For every body and every ability. A dynamic mat Pilates class designed to build strength, control, and confidence in how you move.

    Using bodyweight and props, you’ll move through purposeful sequences that challenge the core and support balanced movement throughout the body. Options for progressions are offered throughout the class so you can work at the level that suits you.

  • A foundational reformer class designed to introduce the key principles of Pilates while building confidence on the reformer. If this is your first time on the reformer, this is the best place to start.

    You’ll learn how to move well on the equipment while developing strong technique and control through purposeful, guided movement. It’s also a great class for those with previous experience who want to refine their form and deepen their understanding of the method.

  • Our dynamic, mixed-level reformer class. Using the reformer to challenge the body in different ways, this class moves through flowing sequences designed to build strength, mobility, and control.

    Instructors offer options and progressions throughout the class, allowing you to increase the challenge while working at a level that suits your body.

    Some reformer experience is required.

  • Designed for clients with a strong foundation on the reformer who are ready to take their practice further.

    Expect more demanding exercises, faster transitions, and deeper strength work as we explore new variations and work towards advanced movements.

    Best suited to those confident with reformer flow, technique, and the equipment.
